Sidenote: Read The AV Club’s Best Comedy Albums of the Decade. Lots to agree with there, but that Dana Gould album? Disappointing.

Sub-sidenote: I’m still debating on whether or not to post the bootleg I made of Louis’ show last week. It’s thoroughly an audience recording, replete with my and my friend Nick’s goofy laughter, but my god…it was literally one of the best stand-up sets I’ve ever seen—either live or on tape.

THAT RUNS FROM 8 AM UNTIL 3:30 PM

THAT IS 7 AND A HALF HOURS LONG.

AS IN, AN HOUR AND A HALF LONGER THAN A FULL DAY OF HIGH SCHOOL

AS IN, 6 HOURS LONGER THAN MY ATTENTION SPAN.

FOR BIOLOGY.

Good-bye, sporadic and very occasional drunken nights

Good-bye, not-so-occasional nights with a joint and some friends.

Good-bye, sitting in the local coffee shop talking for three hours, hoping not to run into someone from high school.
